Planning Committee

The Planning Committee, headed by Tom Higgins, joins the survivors’ gathering and begins trying to count those present.

Story so far

The Planning Committee entered the dig carrying a note from Juliette’s office and claiming her authorization. Tom Higgins heads the committee, and Terry Harlson identifies himself as a member. Juliette later questions her annoyance with the committee, recognizing that her own mechanics have also lashed out.

The committee now comes to the gathering from the Mids deputy station. One member attempts to count the assembled survivors.
