The Silo Map charts fifty silos and traced routes that Juliette uses to infer an escape destination.
The map represents the silos as numbered circles, evenly spaced in rows and columns, with interior detail and connecting lines. A corner labeled Atlanta shows block shapes divided by parallel lines. Juliette initially estimated about four dozen circles; Solo identified silos seventeen, twelve, eight, and one. The schematic Lukas examined also had crossed-out silos, and seventeen was marked with a waxy red X. A large blueprint in Troy's office showed fifty silos among the hills; he crossed out Silo Twelve to record its loss.
Juliette took a schematic from Lukas's hidden office and marked a route between the generator rooms of silos eighteen and seventeen. The miners used the schematic together with her estimates of overland direction and distance to chart their route. Charlotte also found a chart of numbered circles in Donald's folders with many crossed out. The working schematic shows the route already dug.
Juliette now displays a map of fifty silos with traced routes that are being used to infer a destination for escape.
A chart of numbered circles arranged in a grid, with internal detail and connecting lines. Some circles are crossed out in red; working copies include traced routes.
The map locates the silos relative to one another and supports route planning. The latest displayed routes support an inference about escape, rather than a confirmed arrival.
