Silo Twelve is a lost silo whose revolt, opened airlock, and termination remain a defining catastrophe in Donald’s memory.
Story so far
Silo Twelve appears on the map Solo shows. Its eventual collapse comes after two years without a cleaning, with a last recorded fear index of eight. As it falls, its radio connections to the other silos are cut. People flee outside and collapse, clawing at their faces and throats; Donald later remembers some trying to return inside. Troy says the silo will have no future generations.
Donald remembers terminating Twelve after its airlock opened and marking it out in red ink after the loss of so many lives. He associates its destruction with a troubled boy among the servers and recalls calls that went unanswered after the fall. The later ranking report marks Silo 12 N/A. His latest recollection again connects its revolt with a figure emerging from the server room.
