Chapter 42
- The Brindled Vespa hatches from a brindle grub pupa as a giant hornet-bodied monster with the top half of a bug face and a pair of clawed grasping arms.
- It attacks by spitting globs of white acidic goo that sizzle and burn on contact, and it indiscriminately attacks any nearby creature.
