The borough boss lair is a spiral maze with a large drawbridge gate big enough for two goblin dozers, leading to a round courtyard with three exits.
Once the gate closes, those inside are cut off from sight, sound, and party chat as if removed from the party, and the monster does not enter the first room so it cannot be hurt without being locked in.
