The late, absurdly promiscuous High-Elf king of the Hunting Grounds — Tsarina Signet's father.
King Finian was the High-Elf king who led the Liana Sector of the Hunting Grounds (the sixth floor), remembered as such a 'horny bastard' that he supposedly bedded women of over 5,000 races — an exaggeration, scholars agree, given his harelip and obsession with knitting. At least one tryst, with a naiad, produced Tsarina Signet, the half-naiad half-high-elf Elite. Because the Naiad Confederacy drowns outsiders and the High Elves hunt down the late king's mongrel children, Signet has been hunted by both her parent peoples — likely why she ran away to the circus.
Undescribed beyond a noted harelip; a late High-Elf king.
Backstory figure: the promiscuous dead High-Elf king who fathered Tsarina Signet.
