Jojo

guard · security officer · Ashford loyalist · command security · armored suppression leader

Jojo diverts loyalists against the broadcast, loses engineering and remote atmosphere, then dons confiscated Martian armor to retake the reactor by lethal force.

Story so far

From command security, Jojo executes Ashford's effort to suppress Radio Free Slow Zone. He sends every available drum unit toward the colonial offices and requests permission to draw from guards as well. The assault meets organized resistance. Before it can silence the feed, Bull's separate force attacks engineering. Jojo displays the battle video as a concussion blast whites out the deck and reports the resulting loss of control.

When nitrogen rises on command and remote systems stop responding, Jojo panics until Clarissa isolates local environmental control. Ashford then remembers the four Martian recon suits confiscated under the original disarmament agreement. Jojo confirms access, selects four wearers, and returns encased in black-and-red armor whose strength is difficult to control in tight null gravity.

The suits have no ammunition. Ashford orders them to beat defenders to death, seize enough reactor control to fire the laser, kill Bull and his allies, and count every person not actively fighting alongside them as enemy. Jojo accepts with crisp suit-amplified obedience and leads the armored counterattack toward engineering.

Appearance

Jojo is a broad-faced adult Belter man with off-colored eyes and scars on his chin and arm. He is now enclosed in massive black-and-red Martian powered armor.

Role

Jojo is Ashford's principal suppression leader, using seized military armor as the final attempt to reverse the loss of engineering.
