Upper Cafeteria
The upper cafeteria serves forty-eight levels and provides the silo’s largest uninterrupted outside view, including the night sky Lukas watches.
Story so far
The Upper Cafeteria stands at the top of the stairs on the same level as the Airlock, adjoining the sheriff’s office. One of the silo’s widest rooms, it offers the largest uninterrupted outside view, though that view has been blurrier than the one in the Holding Cell. Workers restrained Allison here after she tried to reach the airlock.
After Cleaning, residents fill the cafeteria to celebrate and look outside. Lukas also uses its wallscreen to observe the night sky. The cafeteria serves the upper forty-eight levels with two lunch shifts and two dinner shifts.
