Interface function Carl uses to capture every containment menu before touching any of its buttons.
Faced with pages of numbers he cannot possibly understand and a language that lags before translating, Carl does the sensible thing: 'I took screenshots of all the menus.' It is a small, characteristic act of caution in a chapter otherwise governed by impulse and dread.
The captures matter because the Containment Interface does not survive the chapter. After Carl presses Disconnect Containment, the entire new interface blanks out, leaving nothing but the map of Primary Zone Influence — meaning his screenshots are the only surviving record of The Fuse benchmarks and everything else the menus contained.
Carl's habit of preserving evidence, which becomes the only record of the containment menus.
