Fill Hole

Fill Hole spell

Earth spell that fills a space with dirt, spammed by the enemy to suffocate crawler veterans in their trenches.

Story so far

Someone on the enemy side at the Southern Front began spamming the Fill Hole spell from afar, suffocating a group of crawler veterans before countermeasures could be enacted — one of the first casualties of the trench war and a reminder that a defensive utility spell becomes lethal against troops in a hole.

The crawler mages use the same principle defensively later in the chapter: when Gurgles-infected veterans come screaming down the trench, a mage fills that entire section with dirt to seal them off so Kristen Cronin can burn them out.

Role

Enemy spell that killed veterans by suffocation, and the same mechanic crawlers turn into an emergency trench bulkhead.
