Affliction suffered by changeling children including Ruby, requiring them to be kept behind under protection.
Story so far
When Juice Box asks after Ruby, Carl identifies her as one of the changeling children with compression sickness. The condition is why the children stayed behind rather than travelling with the NPC team, and why Carl had to promise Juice Box he would keep them safe. He confirms that they have Ruby and the others, and that Mordecai has been looking after them all.
Role
