The Bone Clan

Stalwart's faction, decapitated by its own conscripted war mages and stripped of its assets in a single system message.

Story so far

The chapter opens with the announcement that War Chief Stalwart of the Bone Clan has fallen, killed by three members of the War Mage Rebellion — mages the clan itself had conscripted from the Skull Empire's levy. Because the Rebellion is not an active team, the clan's assets are awarded to Team Retribution, which holds the throne room.

The clan's seat at King's Point has just exploded along with the surrounding castle, though the throne room itself survives as a capturable asset. Epitome Tagg appears to be abandoning the effort to retake it, fleeing with a small escort rather than fighting.

Role

The leaderless clan whose collapse redistributes territory and assets mid-battle.

Relationships

Stalwart — Its fallen war chief.
War Mage Rebellion — Conscripted mages who turned and killed its leader.
Team Retribution — Occupies its throne room and inherits its assets.
King's Point — Its now-destroyed seat.
