Story so far
Katia's dream is set in Iceland. All the signs in the Icelandic Hospital are in Icelandic, which Carl cannot read inside the dream, though spoken words still translate in his mind.
It is where Katia taught as a professor alongside Fannar, where she applied to adopt baby Annie, where she was diagnosed, and where she planned to end her life. It is also, by implication, the place she was living when the Collapse came and the dungeon took everything else.
Appearance
Present only through a children's hospital with Icelandic signage and a park where Katia later ran into a nurse.
