Story so far
When Carl puts his hand against one of the lower blocks of The Nest, the readout declares it Master Quality — a fortification at 150% strength, currently under construction, with 1 of 15 enchantments active (Increased Strength). Fifteen is the maximum number of protections that can be placed on an individual block, though Toyotomi notes several of the spells bleed to nearby blocks, allowing a net pattern that averages more than twenty per block across the structure.
On completion, if the build as a whole is judged master quality, the tower glows gold and its strength jumps to 200%. That is exactly what happens partway through Carl's interview: the last block goes in, a golden glow envelops the entire synergy tower, and everyone cheers — silently, from Carl's perspective inside the privacy bubble.
