Climb
Carl's climbing skill, used to shimmy up a pipe from the abandoned 64th level of Larracos.
Story so far
After Walk on Air ran out and Carl plummeted onto the aluminum roof of a home on the mostly-abandoned 64th level of Larracos, he stood and used his Climb skill to shimmy quickly up a pipe toward the 65th, home to multiple shops.
He was about halfway up that pipe when his own bombs detonated on and around The Piccadilly, shattering every window in the area even at that distance.
Role
Mobility skill that gets Carl back up through the rings of Larracos.
Relationships
Carl — Uses it to scale a pipe between city rings.
