Paired rooftop sculptures on the Piccadilly that swallow and spew Larracos's waterfall, one currently clogged.
On ring nine of Larracos, the massive Piccadilly Theater sits right underneath the city's waterfall, and its sculpture-covered roof doubles as the step where the falling water lands before cascading off the edge. One of the statues is a giant frog, and it swallows the entirety of the water before a second frog beside it spews it back out over the edge and down below.
As Carl watches, something is stuck in the first statue's mouth and the water is spraying unevenly, while a group of NPCs works to dislodge whatever it is. The frogs are a small, vivid illustration of how the city's waterworks actually function — the same plumbing Juice Box has weaponized by keeping the Flooding clogged below.
Two colossal frog sculptures crowning a theater roof, one gulping the whole waterfall and the other spitting it out, spray going wrong where one is jammed.
