Story so far
Bautista has a dozen stuffed versions of the demon mob called Eclipse Pyxies. During the Club Vanquisher Infiltration, a pair fly over Katia's shoulders as ridiculously cute plush toys, then switch in midair from toys into actual monsters — the real ones about the same size and just as cute.
One hisses, latches onto Joey's face and enthusiastically chomps while the mantaur squeals like a little girl, blood spraying through the room. The second buzzes through the smoke sounding like a screaming chainsaw, finds its target, and sets a second mantaur crying out. Their demonic nature is likely part of what makes Katia's demon-attack cover story land.
Appearance
Fat fur-covered creatures the size of guinea pigs, with bat wings and jagged teeth, absurdly cute right up until they bite.
