Neighboring Silo Mechanical

The neighboring silo’s Mechanical levels have drained but remain dark and littered with flood debris.

Story so far

Mechanical lies beneath the last turn of the stairs and supplies power and air. It was threatened by water spreading from the mines, eventually leaving eight levels flooded. Juliette could not precisely calculate the volume and estimated that even a second pump might take a year or longer merely to uncover the entrance. Its schematic also showed an unfamiliar room jutting from Mechanical.

During her underwater descent, Juliette had to climb over the entrance’s security turnstile and encountered a body floating against a corridor ceiling. The drained levels now remain dark and strewn with debris. An electrical wire and hose run past an open security station toward the pumps. Solo has reported to Juliette that Mechanical drained sooner than she expected.
