Story so far
Jimmy’s father said only two silo keys existed. Hanging from a black lanyard and marked with the circle-and-three-wedges symbol, it stayed against his chest. It opened the pantry and the storage facility beyond the bunk room. He also used it to scratch day marks into the server labeled 17, wearing down its tip.
For years he habitually wore and checked the key. Later he stored it in a drawer, but on leaving the server room for the move he wears it again and checks for it in the tunnel.
Appearance
A key on a black lanyard, bearing a circle-and-three-wedges symbol, with a tip worn by scratching day marks.
