Saul is a lead radio technician and communications officer helping Troy respond to Silo Twelve’s collapse.
Saul is one of the lead radio technicians and lives on Troy’s executive wing, sometimes seeing him in the gym. During Marcus Dent’s assessment, Saul gives Troy the questions on a plastic card and monitors data from Marcus’s headset.
He later urgently summons Troy to the communications room, fearing that Silo Twelve itself is being lost rather than merely its radio connection. During the collapse, Saul reports that the silo’s radio repeaters have been shut down, leaving residents only internal communications. He relays Troy’s order to fire the canisters to the control room and asks what will happen to those still inside the silo.
