Open Intellect Pacifist Action Network
The pacifist intergalactic NFC revealed as Carl's covert sponsor — spending obscene sums, led by cookbook author Dr. P. Hu, to keep his insurgency alive.
Story so far
The Open Intellect Pacifist Action Network (an intergalactic NFC) steps out of the shadows as Carl's secret benefactor. At the crisis with the demon Slit, it rushes him an Emergency Platinum Benefactor Box — per Mordecai, likely the most expensive box in the game's history, worth more than the GDP of star systems — containing the custom head-throwing xistera slot that saves him. Its inscription reveals its leadership: [[Porthus|Dr. P.
Hu]], CEO and president of Outreach Operations, tying the NFC to the 2nd-edition cookbook author. The 'pacifist' group is quietly all-in on Carl's cross-floor insurgency, protecting him now with a gift meant for a later floor.
Appearance
An intergalactic non-fungible-corporation/benefactor organization; unseen, acting through sponsor boxes and gifts.
