Story so far

Hail Mary rewards Carl for an attack that caused more than 100 casualties over 100 kilometers from his position, the system pegging him as either the universe's greatest sniper or "a sneaky, little, portal-using bitch" — the latter, via his fourth-floor portal trick. It grants a Gold Sniper's Box, source of his 25 Surefire crafting chips.
