A bardic military charm that converts weak-minded targets into lasting minions and can be trained against stronger minds.

Story so far

Doctor Bones demonstrates Conscript by turning miniature drill-sergeant enemies into his own units one at a time. Against sufficiently weak targets, the effect can last indefinitely.

The spell is notorious on the ninth floor, where armies use high-level casters to enslave unaffiliated crawlers. Prior allegiance to a specific army blocks the effect, one reason owning a Faction Wars team protects Carl's group. Bones is currently training the charm toward stronger resistance.
