Story so far
Demon seagulls mass around Amayon until the prince is no longer visible. Bats join the flock while the central cone of fire continues feeding the sky portal.
Samantha is physically invulnerable, but a bird intercepting her could carry her through a Sheol portal. Carl believes he could retrieve her, yet she might return with an unwanted entity.
The barrier forces the strike team to climb through FOCSA and use teleportation rather than an external throw.
