Talon Strike
A foot-slashing melee skill from Carl's leadership necklace, with a rare chance to trigger the instakill Eviscerate.
Story so far
Talon Strike comes to Carl via the Enchanted Necklace of the Haute Bourgeoisie's attached Skyfowl-settlement gem. It turns the side of his bare, invulnerable foot into a fast slashing weapon, multiplying kicking damage and carrying a small (2%) chance per kick to cast the instakill spell Eviscerate. Free to activate, it becomes a staple of Carl's brutal foot-fighting on The Iron Tangle; at skill level 15 it would become permanently active.
He first tries it out smashing open Cave Mudge Bonker skulls and later drop-kicks the boss Gore-Gore onto the electrified rail with it.
Appearance
No visible form beyond the sudden, explosive slashing motion of Carl's bare foot, tearing through enemies in sprays of gore.
Role
Free-activation melee damage skill that scales toward permanent activation.
