Knee-high demonic baby-monsters that swarm subway platforms in ravenous packs.
Story so far
Dreks are the first monsters to greet Carl's party on The Iron Tangle — hundreds of grey-skinned, wrinkly, baby-like horrors surging against the train windows at Sirin Station. Knee-high and clad in tattered loincloths, they attack in packs of at least fifty, some scaling pillars like spiders, all shrieking with unsettlingly infant cries. Rumored to devour a full elephant in seconds, they nearly overwhelm the party in the doorless "janitor" car; Carl fends them off with traps, a spike module, and a static Protective Shell that bulldozes them into paste against the racing cars.
Appearance
Knee-height, grey-skinned, wrinkly baby-shaped creatures with sharp claws, too-wide mouths crammed with teeth, and tattered loincloths, moving on two legs or scrambling on all fours.
Role
Low-level swarm mob (level 6) that infests platforms in overwhelming numbers.
