Enchanted Crown of the Sepsis Whore

The Crown of the Sepsis Whore · Sepsis Whore Crown

The unique tiara lost by Donut resurfaces on Eva and attaches to Katia, ensuring only Katia or Donut can ascend from the ninth floor.

Story so far

Donut originally receives the crown as her first loot item and loses it at the end of the third floor under a rule that makes it disappear when removed. It later reaches Eva and is concealed as part of the decoration on her purple breastplate.

As Eva dies, she pulls the crown with a lower hand and places it on Katia. The Apothecary's protective beanie could have blocked the transfer, but Katia lent it to Carl during the deity fight and her head is bare.

The crown melds invisibly into Katia's form. Its fatal rule now places Katia and Donut in direct competition: only one may take the stairs from floor nine to floor ten.

Appearance

A glittering unique tiara that vanishes as it merges into its new wearer's head.

Role

The crown transforms Eva's death into a future forced conflict between two central allies.

Relationships

Eva — She hides and transfers it with her final action.

Katia Grim — It permanently attaches to her as the second contender.

The Apothecary's Beanie — The absent hat would have prevented the transfer.
