Text tool Carl copies system descriptions into, which quietly refuses to preserve the AI's editorial asides.
Carl has taken to copying every new system description that pops up and pasting it into his scratchpad. Reading the Ursine entry, he noticed something odd: a weird line in the middle of the description — the one where the system snarled at other new, shiny AI iterations with clean lines and error-replacement nets, ending in "Fuck you all" — wasn't there after he pasted the text. He retyped it from memory while it was still fresh in his mind.
It is the second sign in the chapter that The AI narrating the dungeon's flavor text is saying things it is not supposed to be recording.
Carl's archive of system text, and the tool that exposes the AI's censored asides.
