character

Hunter Zabit

Zabit

The final surviving hunter attempts to lure Carl into freshly laid traps, but Tripper detonates the mines and tears Zabit in half.

Story so far

After Circe's death, only one hunter icon remains. Zabit calls toward Carl and turns invisible, apparently inviting pursuit.

Carl remembers the hunter's trap-bearing belt and refuses the bait. Instead he casts Tripper, activating several landmine traps remotely. The explosions reveal Zabit and bisect him instantly, eliminating the hunter team.

Carl loots numerous trap items from the corpse but does not recover the drop shield or case of invisibility potions, which are likely still boxed.

Appearance

An armored hunter reappearing in the flash of his own exploding landmines.

Role

Zabit is the last hunter and falls to Carl's understanding of his equipment rather than direct pursuit.

Relationships

Carl — Carl recognizes the ambush and triggers his traps.
Tripper — The spell detonates the mines around him.
The Hunters — His death eliminates their cage-fight team.
