Stage Overlay

Goodwill Stage Interaction

A performer in a main ballroom can physically use items placed on either attendant stage even though those objects remain floors away.

Story so far

When Donut stands on Ballroom A's stage, the goodwill system lets her pick up and operate tools positioned on the attendant stages below. A wand can be aimed and fired, a recharge scroll read, and sheet music handled while the physical objects remain on the first floor.

Approved stage magic is limited largely to illusionary evocations such as Torch. Hole remains blocked until the ballroom control restores general magic. Potions cannot be consumed through the overlay, so the charm dose must be smuggled physically into the main room, likely within Katia's mutable mass.

Appearance

A performer grasping translucent copies of props whose real forms sit on distant lower-floor stages.

Role

The overlay lets Donut execute the recital and use sponsor tools despite inventory restrictions.

Relationships

Princess Donut — She is the primary performer using remote tools.
Ballroom Control Room — Its large crystal maintains the interaction.
Katia Grim — She likely smuggles the potion that cannot be consumed remotely.
Goodwill Ballroom — It extends the shared-room logic to stage props.
