The Filigree

Filigree

An unknown hunter group holding the forest where Louis, Katia and Elle happen to be camped.

Story so far

The Filigree hold the stretch of forest, a few hundred miles from Carl, where Louis, Elle, Katia and several others are currently traveling — territory near the edge of Skull Empire's claimed ground but marked on the The Hunter Territory Map as belonging to the Filigree.

Carl does not know who they are. That is the whole of what he can say about them, and it is unsettling in context: the map names the Hive, the Dream, the Crafters, the Nebular Sin Patrol and the Skull Empire, and he can attach at least a guess to each of those, but the group whose territory contains his friends and the The Dream's only target is a blank.

Appearance

Unseen and unidentified; a name in colored pencil claiming a block of forest on a hunter's map.

Role

An unidentified hunter faction whose claimed territory currently contains Louis's group.

Relationships

Louis — Camped, with his group, inside Filigree-claimed forest.

Carl — Reads their name on the map and admits he has no idea who they are.

Skull Empire — Their claimed ground borders the Filigree's.

Hunters — One of the groups party to the territorial carve-up.
