A hardened rubber ball you fill with any potion and hurl — turning healing, poison, or fire potions into thrown weapons.
The Fragmenting Potion Ball is a hardened-rubber ball Mordecai crafts on his level-three alchemy table: pour a full potion vial into its split, then throw it at an enemy to shatter and deliver the effect on impact — no drinking required, since potions work on mobs when thrown. Paired with Carl's xistera and poison or firewater potions, it becomes a deadly ranged arsenal; Mordecai dreams of chain-lightning versions once his table hits higher levels (level six yields an autoclave making 100 at once). It won't work on other crawlers, but would work on NPCs and probably Mongo.
They're fragile — throw one too hard and it breaks prematurely.

A crafting innovation turning any potion into throwable ordnance for Carl's xistera arsenal.
