Vicente was a level-16 City Elf and member of the 201st-Security-Group who ambushed the party in an alley, casting Meat-Hooks to lure Mongo to him and proclaiming he'd 'trained his entire life' to fight 'Carl and Donut, Blasphemers' in a 'final battle.' Mid-monologue, Carl kicked him in the groin as Princess Donut's Magic Missile tore his head off; Mongo used the head as a chew toy. He wore a black military-style shirt with a '201st Security Group – Magical Ops' patch and a 'Vicente' nameplate, and carried ~1,500 gold and the Meat Hooks scroll. That he somehow knew the crawlers' names — and his death near the slain GumGum and three Krasue — ties him to the murdered-women mystery and a suspected Lich.
