Level 35, a reanimated buffet-goer's mouth on millipede legs, in constant pain and only soothed by eating.
One blocks Carl's escape between two cold engines while his Invisibility Potion is blinking out: huge, slobbering, a giant mouth of sharp needle-like teeth and nothing more, an impossible piece of anatomy, snapping up and down like an alligator.
The system's description is a whole essay about cheap buffets — the suspicious price, the sawdust mashed potatoes, the grey meat, the neighbourhood awash with missing cat flyers, the self-loathing on the way out — and concludes that the Jabbering Jibber-Jabber is the reanimated mouth of those who frequent such places. They hate everybody and everything and want nothing more than to feed. They live in constant pain, relieved only by eating; anything they eat is instantly broken down into stored energy and returned to their master once they have stuffed themselves. Warning: this monster is a splitter, and killing one may produce smaller versions.
Carl kills this one by pulling an impact-detonated Hob-lobber, jumping and rolling through the side of its open mouth like a trick poodle through a hoop, and diving flat as it chomps down. It showers body parts across the tracks, and none of the pieces get back up.
A rhinoceros-sized mouth of needle teeth walking on millipede legs, drooling, with no body attached.
The Mimic Rex's named minion type, and the monster Carl kills by feeding it a grenade.
