Blitz Stick

A magically addictive intelligence-boosting hallucinogen — 'candy for your mind.'

Story so far

Eaten, one temporarily raises Intelligence by 5; smoked, it carries a 15% chance to permanently raise Intelligence by 1, plus 'a side effect or two. Or three.' Mordecai warns Carl off them, but Carl pocketed the three licorice-stick blitz sticks Quint tossed in, with no intent to use them.
