Station 149

The ochre/purple transfer station the party picks for their first deliberate train derailment — home to a Club Vanquisher.

Story so far

Station 149 is a transfer station where the ochre and purple lines meet, chosen by Carl as the site of the party's catch-an-engineer experiment. Its number ending in '9' means it hosts a Club-Vanquisher (a well-kept, church-like building with a ram-headed cleric), alongside a pho restaurant and a general store. Here Carl tests the electrified third rail with fuse rods and a sacrificial clockwork Mongo, marks a doomed train with a spray-painted X to warn allied crews, and sets two Jelly-Bombs that derail Gore-Gore's ochre-line train — triggering a chain of crashes and the ManTauR boss fight on its platform.

From here the plan is to take the purple line onward toward the Nightmare-Express and the mysterious stop 436.

Appearance

A small transfer station with three shops (a pho place, a general store, and a church-like Club Vanquisher), overlooking an ochre-line platform with a three-rail electrified track.

The staging ground for the party's first train derailment and the Gore-Gore boss fight.

Relationships

Club Vanquisher — Its station club (number ending in 9), where Gore-Gore drinks and learns of the sabotage.
