Confusing Fog

Confusing Fog scroll · scroll of Confusing Fog

A scroll that spreads a lingering fog only enemies can't see through — key to Carl's Mold Lion trap.

Story so far

Confusing Fog is a spell scroll Carl carried and used to escape the Mold Lion ambush. Unlike a wind-scattered smoke bomb, its fog reliably billows out and is translucent only to 'the good guys,' blinding enemies caught inside. Combined with Princess Donut's high Intelligence, the fog lingered about two and a half minutes, turning the pouncing lions into a blind, self-slashing mess and letting Carl and Donut cut them down.

Appearance

A spell scroll producing a spreading, lingering fog.

Role

A crowd-control consumable central to Carl's anti-swarm tactics.

Relationships

Carl — Used his last Confusing Fog scroll to blind and scatter the Mold Lions.
