Fang Caps

Enchanted Fang Caps of the Expectorating Tizheruk

Deadly poison-and-paralysis tooth caps, a fleeting item destined for Mongo's bite.

Story so far

The Enchanted Fang Caps of the Expectorating Tizheruk are metallic tooth caps Princess Donut won in a Platinum Quest Box. They turn two incisors into ripping chompers: +50% melee bite damage, a 25% chance per bite to inflict level-5 Poison, and a 10% chance to inflict level-5 Paralysis. A 'Fleeting' item — they vanish if removed, and must be self-installed facing the right way.

Since they don't suit Donut's fighting style, she plans to have Carl fit them onto Mongo (whose type can wear up to six pairs), wary that the raptor still snaps at them and paralysis could harm the non-immune pair.

Appearance

A pair of metallic tooth caps resembling loose vampire teeth.

Role

Poison/paralysis bite-enhancers intended for Mongo.

Relationships

Princess Donut — Won them but is giving them to Mongo, whose bite they suit.

Mongo — The intended wearer, who can equip up to six pairs of tooth caps.
